From now on everyone who calls you, can hear personally chosen by you music instead of the boring âbeep, beepââ signal.
What is Musicall?
The Musicall service changes your standard waiting-for-the-call „beep, beep” signal to music, sounds or funny recordings.
Who can use the Musicall service?
Musicall is available to all Mtel (MobilTel) customers.
Will the music be played also when the voicemail is active?
Yes. If you set Musicall and a voicemail greeting, callers will first hear the Musicall sound and then, if you don’t pick up your phone, the voicemail greeting.
For how long the sound is played in the Musicall service?
The sounds in the Musicall service are played for as long as the call is waiting to be picked up, which is not more than 60 seconds.
When the caller has his number presentation blocked (CLIR) will he hear the Musicall sounds?
Yes. Sounds are played to all callers.
Will the callers hear the music when I’m abroad?
Will someone calling from abroad hear the Musicall sound?
Is it possible to upload custom sounds to the service?
Unfortunately it is not possible.
Can I assign a sound to a specific group of numbers?
Yes. Sounds can be assigned to: a specific caller number, a group of specific numbers, an area code (e.g. +359 2* for Sophia) or all callers.
Can specific time be also assigned to rules?
Yes. Specific time frames can be assigned for each sound and rule. Dates can be set – e.g. 01.01 to 15.01, hours – e.g. from 12:00 to 15:00. Sounds can also be set to play only on work days or weekends, or the whole week. If the sound doesn’t have any time or date restrictions set, it is played always.
Where can I access the Musicall settings?
You can operate Musicall through SMS commands, by calling the 1888 number or using the mobile site www.musicall.mtel.bg
What are the fees?
There is a monthly fee for the service upkeep and a fee paid per song. There are three different validity times for songs – 1 month, 3 months or 6 months, after which the fee for the song will be charged again and its validity prolonged. Validity periods for each song can be found on the website.
How much does the monthly fee cost and why do I have to pay it?
The monthly fee for the Musicall service is 0.6 BGN with tax. It covers the costs of saving users’ settings and playing the sounds to the callers.
When do I pay the monthly fee?
There is one month for free usage of the service, i.e. the monthly fee is 0,00 BGN. After this period, the monthly fee is being charged after 30 days from the first time you activate the service, until it is being deactivated. Deactivation occurs when a proper sms command is being sent or through the website or by selecting it during a call to the 1888 number. The fee is added to your invoice (for customers with a plan) or charged from your pre-paid account on a monthly basis.
How much do I pay for the sounds?
The price varies between 1,20 BGN and 4,80 BGN with tax per every month of having the sound in inbox and is charged for a period of 1, 2 or 3 months..
When do I pay for the sounds?
The price is charged when the sound is in inbox.
How many caller groups can I set?
The maximum number of Caller Groups is 20.
How many numbers can I add to a caller group?
The maximum number of Contacts a subscriber can add to a Caller Group is 20.
How can I restore the traditional signal of calling?
You can restore the traditional signal of calling with sending free SMS with text “reset” to short number 1888, call to short number 1888 and follow the instructions or visiting your Musicall box at the website www.musicall.mtel.bg.
How can I send a Gift-melody to another mobile number?
You can send a Gift-melody with sending free SMS to short number 1888 with text “gift”, the specific code of the chosen melody and the mobile number to which you would like to send the gift. Example: gift 123456 088123456. You can also call to a short number 1888 and follow the instructions for Gift sending
